Christmas Craft Fair

The festival takes places across the Stourbridge Glass Quarter attractions. Admission is free and the sites are all within a few miles of each other, so it's an ideal day out for the whole family and one that's sure to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.

During the Christmas festival the cone becomes a real shoppers paradise starting with the craft fayre, where you'll find loads of great gift ideas from a range of talented designer makers. The 'All I want for Christmas' showcase will be resplendent in cut glass crystal and a range of contemporary studio glass and crafts including the newly opened Stourbridge Crystal Glass Centre on site will provide everything you need to create that perfect Christmas table and decorate your home yourself. The cone's gift shop has a fantastic range of gifts and is home to a number of craft studios working in glass, ceramics, textiles, picture frames and wood, providing yet more opportunities to find that perfect gift. Seasonal entertainment will also be on offer.

Enjoy some hot chocolate and mince pies in the Red Cone Coffee House to keep you warm throughout the day.

Watch the traditional skill of glass making in the hot glass studio. Craft activities will be available for children to take part in throughout the festive period.

Seasonal food, choirs singing, live entertainment, over 20 on-site studios, craft market showcasing high quality designer/makers, crafts persons selling a range of products, unique, affordable, exciting creative displays of work.

The site once was home to the glass trade greats of Royal Doulton and Webb Corbett is continuing to help the glass trade thrive in Stourbridge. Ruskin Glass Centre is home to a wide array of glass crafts; from live glassblowing, respected studio glass artists, engravers, glass decorators, and glass repair specialists to the diverse yet complementary trades of furniture design, handmade soap and textiles, for you to browse to purchase that perfect Christmas gift.

You can sit back and enjoy festive food and drink at the Organic Cafe including homemade mulled wine and mince pies.

The Glasshouse Heritage Centre tells the story of the local glass heritage and glassmaking on site and the new Glasshouse Arts Centre is an artistic and cultural hub for local groups, theatre performances, conferencing and hospitality.
